Maldives Islands
By admin | June 10, 2009
If heaven is a place in this land is not for nothing that Marco Polo called this site “the flower of the Indies.” So we are talking about the Maldives islands formed by about 1200 islands grouped into 26 atolls located to the south-west of India, in ‘the Indian Ocean. Small, quiet, surrounded by a turquoise sea and white sand, palm trees grow beautiful and the weather helps us to create the atmosphere for rest, relaxation and fun.
Less than 20 percent of the islands are inhabited, and not all are with tourism. Also worth mentioning that, with the exception of the islands of Male and Kuramathi, everything else is just a hotel on their land. But if what you see on the surface surprising, is the largest yet to find out what lurks in the depths … to this fascinating underwater world that hides its calm waters. This is the place where they live more than 700 different species, is considered one of the best three seas to dive. The visibility underwater, which sometimes reaches 50 meters, combined with hot water to submerge ago to become the most shocking experience that can be lived in that destination.

Without doubt, the contact with nature is what makes a journey through these lands, in addition to the total relaxation, thanks to the quietness of its virgin beaches. Places to live subject to the rules of Islam that adheres to the indigenous population … no topless or nude, no alcohol and take care with the physical contact in public.
If there is paradise on earth, here in the middle of the sea. If there is paradise on earth is this.
